'moving' sigs lol , it's called animation , you can use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Imageready to create these 'moving' sigs lol

lol i know its called animation. I have both CS2 and imageready but I was hoping there may have been some other programs out there, when you use IR, your pretty much using freeze frame techniques, thats not what Im looking for

There all animated gif, u can use flash/swf but most sites dont allow it.
