Need some help, PLEASE!!....

The WebSite Please have a look at the site before attempting anything.

We need a better site banner. Please, i know that there is people here that can make a better banner!! I KNOW IT! If you have time would someone try a make a banner. I'm not giving you guidelines because i know your intelligent and most of them will just be common sense to you. Make i look good on the site just! Probably just make the background the same colour as the background of the area it will go, blend it in, and the colour scheme match the site (keep it simple but good if you can) :D Also we are in need of a affiliate button too. If you make a banner if possible could you also make a button that size to co inside with the look of the banner?
