first i think this belongs in the graphics…and second its okay but too busy

1. Its not a 'proper' userbar, the text is all wrong etc etc
2. Colour scheme is pretty dire
3. 10x better than your last attempt.

Keep trying.

Erm, I have to disagree with you there, I don't think the text makes a userbar, I think it being in a userbar shape and looking like a userbar makes it a userbar, the text don't make a difference.

I think it looks pretty good
