Challenge Name: PHP CMS

for this challenge do you simply have to script a cms in the php language (done i think :|) or does it have to be hosted some wear as well? my parents have already agreed to let me have $10 a month to host a server if i want to, but is it needed to compleat?

You can just show the script and some admins will look through it for you.
