Does it has to be a CMS in php?

I know sh*t about php but I already coded one in ASP.

how developed should this cms be?

i mean, is registration + news enough or do we have to make crapload of other things cms's usually have?

as far as I'm concerned, a screenshot doesn't cut it. You need to send in the homepage of the CMS. If anybody has a strong desire to see my sexy CMS, then PM me or catch me on AIM.
