what do i learn next?

Im just starting out. and rea the beginer articles and decides HTML would be a good place to start. so i went to w3schools read what through most of it and scored 75% on the test, being that i wont be designing any websites in the near future i didnt look in depth at tables drop down charts ect. i've done the 1st four missions having some trouble with 5 but prolly not for long. what do i look at next? by the time you read this post i'll be in the javascript turtorials at w3schools. so if you could just suggest the next few things to learn and if im heading the right direction learning javascript it would be appreciated.

Read some mentor threads and see the advice given there.

Learn HTML, Javascript and PHP an cURL for scripting languages.

Then move onto programming, start with something like VB then move onto something like Perl or Python. If you don't fanct either of those try C or Java.

The w3schools js tut sucks, there are way better ones out there, jst google for em.

And youll prob wanna learn php after js.
