Good site for ASCII encryption

Anyone know one? Ive been googling for one to help me with Basic 7 but cant seem to find one that works. Mabe its just me.

Do you guys even know what ASCII is? And how encryption works? Cause ASCII encryption (while this term is being used by some people) means nothing. Call it text rotation (or shifting, replacing, whatever), not "ASCII encryption".

I think they mean ascii encoding :/ american standard something for information interchange. I think :P
