I want to learn how to use photoshop!!

Heya guys, I have just downloaded Photoshop CS3 and i do not have a clue where to start!!! I have looked at tutorials and things but, i still dont understand :P I think im to used to Adobe Fireworks :P So if anyone would like to teach me privately or submit perhaps a lesson publicly! please do …!
