Video Problems

For the past 2 or so weeks,I'm not able to finish playing videos,from youtube,myspace,or dailymotion,for no apparent reason the video will stop loading halfway through and go back to the beginning,and the only way to re-start the vid is to refresh the page(even though the page isn't frozen) I checked my speed @ www.dslreports.com,everything was normal, I checked taskmanager and everything looks allright,I only had one browser and had all apps closed but it still does that, please help it's getting very annoying.
