IP's/proxies

Ok here's my problem. Myabe whatismyip.com has just gone FUBAR.

When i go there with no proxy, it doesnt give my correct IP. wtf folks? if you type ipconfig in the prompt, that gives your IP correct? i mean tahts what should show up isnt it? The IP is not dynamic either. It only changed after insightBB fucked up our internet connection.

Ok, so i tried using a proxy, with and without a port. It still tells me the incorrect IP/Proxy IP.

Has anyone else noticed this or am i just makin' another of my *doh! mistakes?

The ip you see on Whatismyip is your EXTERNAL ip given by your provider ;)

The one you get when you do a ipconfig is the INTERNAL which you use to connect to your router/modem with^^
