VERY SLOW INTERNET CONECTION WHEN IT SHOULD FAST!!!

Today I tested my internet connection at www.dslreports.com and many other sites.  It was 504kb when it is supose to be 3mb!!! I have had the modem for 1 year and I tested at many other sites at 9:30 to 9:48P.M. I do have a person routing and at the time I was not running a proxie. It has been this way for 3 months now. Does any one know why?

possibly because ur on a shared network meaning the upload/download is divided up?

When you've got a 3mb connection your max DL speed is ~500kb/s and upload ~40kb/s

504kb… wow i dunno what your complaining about!!! I have to make do with much less than that lol

Yea, it is usually a little less.

BTW, just checked my speed. 10.8 megabit wooties! :)
