Does anyone know how to find the secret message in this image?

1.) It does not use steganography 2.) It has something to do with GIF89a specifications.

If you have any suggestions let me know.

I've tried to extract it.. open in notepad.. open in a hex editor.. open in a gift animator, but still can't figure it out. I've noticed that when you right click->properties->details there is an "A" under attributes.(maybe a clue, maybe not)

You probably have to use a hex editor to change some things around to make it work.
