Hi im writing becuase ive always got spyware on my computer and its always the same type Tracking Cookies and MRU Objects. Ive no idea what a MRU Object is but all im intrested in how to get rid of them completly and how to prevent getting them all the time. I do remove them from my computer and then its fine untill roughly the next day ive got them back again. I have taken a screen shot at the location and uploaded them to photobucket for someone to look at and advice me on what i can do to prevent spyware. I have no problem with viruses very rare i get them. Here is the link for the screenshot.. http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn313/wicken_bucket/adawarescan.gif If anyone can help or advice me ill be truly greatful.

Spybot, will sort things out for you, google it, the site is called search and destroy (encouraging name :p)

Do disk cleanup by using Windows Disk Cleanup Utility or you can also use ccleaner.

Btw, MRU is most recently used list. Tacking cookies and MRU are not considered malicious but you can remove it if you want.

what kind of computer is it. most computer have a recovery thing. i had like 700 something viruses on my comp and they wouldn't go away so i used acer eRecovery to restore it to store defaults. if you have things you want to save put them on a flash drive and then restore the computer. before you put the files back on your computer scan the drive for viruses and if it comes up clean proceed to copy them back on.

There is no reason to panic for some tracking cookies and MRU objects :P So chill, but sure, its not necessary so just run a scan with Ad-aware, CCleaner or spybot ones in a while, and your ok ;)

Yeah they go when i use ad aware just the same ones always seem to be coming back eventually and i wondered where they are from and to prevent getting them i would like to have 0 tracking cookies if possible lol and mru objects just want to not get any.

@fallenmidget i dont need to do system restore becuase im 100% i dont have a virus. thanks:)

what is the point of anti-spyware programs if you can easy block them all?

You obviously can't "block them all".
