my neighbors moved and left there computer outside… it sat there for a week b4 i finally decided to take it, so i hooked it up and turned iton, but when i turn it on, theres no signal to the monitor…
i opened it up and everything seems like its in place
do you guys have ne ideas on how to fix it?
