A good image viewer program?

Hello, I am looking for a good image viewer program. I have photoshop CS2 and I love it to make and edit picture. But I am looking for a good program that can view images. Like. When I zoom in on a image in CS2 it get all bluru and I cant see a thing. What I am looking for is a program that clear the bluru stuff when I zoom into it and shows me a good picture. Do any one know about a program like that?

Hmm I don't remember anything special about the zoom feature but I think that XnView is a good image viewer :)

not sure if its still out or whatever, but i used to use Irfan view. I liked that one alot
