New Server. Motherboard?

Well I'm making a new server, and my question is What motherboard(s) is/are good. I'm also looking for ones I can get for a decent price and DDR3 doesn't hurt. Any ideas?

Also, this will have fedora 12 on it.

I'd suggest looking locally like at a donations recieving center. I have one near me that gets a whole bunch of nifty cool things. I'm sure they could hook you up with a nicely priced mobo. Also, check newegg for cheap stuff.

Maybe even amazon or eBay. Does amazon sell mobos? ;)

What's the server for? If it'll just be serving websites and maybe a little music etc then old hardware wouldn't be bad.

It'll be web, but i plan to do some testing and major rendering with it. (thats why i wanted ddr3)
