i changed the time value, it went to zero, it then said your password is NaN i was able to insert that and, it said the congratz thing, i am pretty sure thats not suppose to happen.

well, the acually password it said was NaN im not saing NaN instead of the password. i tried it agian decoded it and got a different password

I got problem with this challenge too but i finish it when i realise the answer was too obvious to be true … BTW edit you're post to hide what you got … that's a spoiler …

NaN stands for Not a Number. The creator of the challenge probably did not intend this to happen, but it is the password nonetheless.
