Points required for forum.

When a user has less than 100 points they may not post in the forums, but the message states that they must have completed basic 1 and obtained at least 10 points.

From the FAQ: Why can't I post/shout/vote?

You must complete basic web hacking1 and have at least 100 points to post, use the shoutbox, and vote in polls.

So unoutdate it.

My guess is that he highly doubts it will work, which is prolly why he said it.
