loading exterior information into actionscript

Hi everyone!

My question is the following one: How could one get information from an exterior source loaded into a vairable iside your application?

the information I'm wishing to load is from this URL: http://hiscore.runescape.com/index_lite.ws?player=Deviance_13 (yes people, it's runescape:love: ) but how can I do this? (either all of the number sinto one variable, or (if you know the code) to just take a piece of it)

Normally I would google this but since google doesn't work any more on my pc's (don't ask ow I did it but I can't even ping it:(:()

Any help would be much appreciated! and don't flame etc…
