Runtime files (VB.net)

I have coded a trojan in vb.net. The problem is that to run it you need .net framework. I am working on a silent installer of the .net framework but I wonder, is it possible to just copy some files to the system and then the app will work? I have tried to google "vb.net runtime files" but I only find the runtimes for vb6.

I agree, coding a trojan in a language which requires an extra runtime is quite… Weird :right:

Go C++

I know, it might not be very practiacal, I am planning to start learning c++ but I haven't had the time yet. But it doesn't matter, I got the dotnetframework silent installer to work.
