Permantly Changing HTML with Javascript

I was wondering if this was possible (I'm sure it is). Like an example of it would be, you have an input form and when someone puts it in, you want it to show up on the page and stay there. Then if someone else puts something in there it'll just be there with the other writing. I'm aware that this type of stuff can be done with php, but I want to be able to put this site on the web, and I don't know of any free web hosters that provide php support. So if you could help me out with a certain function that I could use or like a good free php supported web hoster that'd be a lot of help. Thanks.
