IE problem with my website :(

I just did a new design for my website www.fhqhosting.ze.cx everything work fine in firefox, but in IE theres a really big problem with the navigation menu…. please take a look at my website www.fhqhosting.ze.cx in firefox and IE and try to tell me how to solve my problem..

I don't see any problems with your nav bar… ??
