winsock tuorials for vb '05?

Hi. I have been trying to make a chat app that i can run on my school… but, alas I cannot find a tut for winsock 6 in vb 2005… Can anyone help me out?

sorry to say this… but it is in vb6.0 I tried to upgrade, but no such luck. Winsock doesn't come with vb '05, but luckily I have vb6. I want to use vb '05 because I have a number of items that just don't work in vb6. I have looked on planet source code, but no such luck. I'm really getting tired of winsock … is there a more vb 2005 friendly way to connect to other computers?
