Programming study group

First Off I wanna tell you about mean I am almost 18 live in ohio and take a computer programming class called CAP (computer application Programming) And I love it but its not challenging enough and I would like to be challenge more so with this said I would like to get a programming study group in which we all come together to learn one language or more at a time. I don't know what we will meet on or what languages but it is a nice idea, and if anyone is interested message me or reply.

My programming experiences: C++ 1 year(learning on my own ) C# 1 year (Computer Application Programming 1) VB < 1 year (Computer application programming 2)

Note: I'm not that good at english I'd rather grunt and I'm pretty good at programming but I do know a good amount and want to learn more but I like learning in groups better.

If you're organizing one, I'm surely iinterested. Mathematics obeying, a group is better than learning solo.

Thats a nice idea … I havent got any experience in programming tho .. but I enrolled myself in courses like c, c++, vb, sql fortran, and more.. so it wud be fun if we apply hacking skills while learning programming also..that will make it intresting for us and good for our learning as it wud be much time consuming to learn programming and then learn how to apply them in hacking.. Any leet programmer wants to help us ??

I've got quite some experience with VB and know a little C++. Would like to learn mostly more C++ but any language is an option.

I'm up for learning any language. I'm in.

We may take help from any programmer who is willing to help …. we can have some kind of tuts getting mailed to every member with a time limit .. In that time everyone have to complete the tut and come up with any doubts… after that next part of the tut will be mailed .. but we definitely need some leet programmer to help us ..

i have some expierience with html,javascript and visual basic. i am willing to learn anything.

yeah id sure be interested. i have knowledge from loads of diffrent thinks but more of an incomplete puzzle me. lol. could give ourselves a name and publish worlks and articles. have a website etc.

Hey, im willin to help anyway i can, i know C, VB (a little rusty havnt worked it in a while) , PHP, HTML,XML,SQL,and am currently digging into Python, already know a bit. Im currently learning C++ as well and deep refrencing myself into game programming. Im also willing to learn to. I think if you do this e-mails are to hectic for little meetings an stuff. I think you should probably ALL agree on ONE specific Messanger type to meet on like MSN , AIM , or Yahoo. Then have group meeting's and tut's on that.Later

I'd like to join, although I have basic knowledge of HTML but finished the one on W3 and am doing the tizag.com one right now. So can i?

id like to do this also. the only language i know is pascal which is a kindof useless language in my opinion. i only know the basics of it right now though since im in a class at my school for it at the moment. but i can help with it if anyone wanted to learn it.

Sounds like good idea, but i think people shoud be about same level of programming experience and know about same language. Some personn have about no experience of programming and other like 4 years, in various language.

For me, I know lot of PHP, Javascript. I've done lot of Ajax stuff and IRC bot. Now I'm learning C and I'm mainly focusing on working with SDL, witch is a lib that is use to make 2d game. If anyone is going in same direction and have more than 2 years of programming that could be great to form team.

I would love to do it but i only have a lil exp. with html and am willing to learn and share what i know!

I'll prolly put all stuff on site after I get to home…. We'll be starting it with C … But to start it off I need all of u to add me on msn so we can stay in touch and I prolly need help and ideas on how this will be done.. Whether we should have a time limit for a particular chapter to complete .. or whatever idea u have plz drop it in the guest book or here … I also need a bit help if some cud design a bit better page for site .. It wont be a big site at all but we can spend good time programming together and helping each other …
