Im currently learning C++ from a book called C++ for dummies All-In-One Desk reference 7 books in 1, its pretty good and even covers some .NET programming at the end, if you want a online tutorial I would suggest http://newdata.box.sk/bx/c/ It is the complete book of Teach Yourself C++ in 21 days, and its online and free :D

That tut is out of date, I would recommend heading over to a book store and buying a more recent copy.
