Messing With Linux...
I got a crappy old computer and install linux (ubuntu if it makes a differance) and i heard that you can alter linux to suit yourself.. i was wondering what language do you need.. i searched google for ages and the best i got was something about C#. another question is can you actually mess with it or do you need a licence. also how would i in the even that i did learn the language needed.
