If....And Else Help PLZ!!!

My group made our own code kinda like binary and im trying to make a program so we can use it to decrypt the messages, i made a part of the program in Visual Basic 2005. Thank you.

Wow you want someone to im you a tut. on decrypting your version of binary. Got a few hours to kill. If you understood how binary was done in the first place this post wouldn't be here. Research how binary is written and decrypted. Then use your version.

I'm not sure what you are asking. The segment you posted isn't even really code, and it has nothing to do with If/then/else statements. Are you asking a question, or asking people to code your program for you?
