You may not feel like paying a whole lot for what you're asking, but be sure to consider how much the work is really worth. That is all any freelancer will do when you give them the details, anyways.

If you dont want to pay someone to do it, im sure if you google what you want you can find a premade one or a tutorial on how to make it.

Then just modify it to your needs, otherwise you will have to pay (coders arnt cheap)

You should state a price, it's the only way you'll get anywhere.
