good python book for beginners

hello, i was looking for a good book about python for a beginner (with no programming background). i have done alot of googling but the reviews from people are all different. now i wanted to ask if someone recommends a good book that he/she found usefull. i like the kind of books where you have to follow examples and make some exercises after each chapter (just to give an impression at what kind of book i like).

I've always found the entire 'for dummies' line to be pretty helpful, but I haven't read their python book.

The o'reilly books arent bad.
