I am getting upset trying to learn about windows.h. I have been programming in C++ for a long time and i'm pretty good at it but when I try windows.h I completely don't understand.

Does someone have any tutorials or can someone helps me understand this? send me a message if you can help me or post here if you have a tutorial etc.
