.htaccess problem

i have this .htaccess file. i've allowed the mod_rewrite in httpd.conf, but… first look at it:

but instead of http://localhost/programatori/forum/ it showing me http://www.localhost.cz/*/*/
what is wrong with it? how can i repair it to show only http://localhost instead of http://www.localhost.cz? thanks.
