Worth Learning?
Would you guys consider learning flash useful? I mean, at my company we have a few guys who know their way around flash and one guy who specializes in it. Does it look good on a resume?

I think Flash looks best when you're trying to represent a graphic design background. Concerning web design, it's handy to have, but I wouldn't consider it a priority.

My suggestion would be that you strengthen your skills in the languages you already know. Then, once you're confident with those, learn Perl.

Well said. I think you should take a look though, since it's quite easy for making good looking interactive stuff :)
well, you never can learn php as much as possible. Many vulnerabilities are caused because php scripts aren't done well for cooperation with sql databases. The best way how to do that is to make your own db (from txt file for example). I think you have to learn a lot about php and databases, then you can learn flash and combine it
