Attatch A File To Application

In Visual Basic: this is a complete noob question as far as i know, i want to either make an application that can store another executable inside of it so i can click a button and it will run the attached program, or create an installation program that will install the programs to the selected location. other wise i will just make a zip file untill i figure it out. what im doing is im just making an application that makes it easier on me to run programs, its just a form with buttons like "SAMInside" and "0phcrack". but its gets too complicated having to deal with a "Program Files" folder. any kind of help would be nice.

EDIT:never mind, ill just use an autoplay application, which i just discovered, it does exactly what i want
