Need help with screen resolution

So yesterday my screen resolution was fine. This morning it's all off. Letters see, blurry.

My screen resolution is 1440 x 900. I know this because when I change it to anything else a blue box comes up in my computer saying that it's not the right one. The closest I can get is 1280 x 1024 or 1600 x 1200.

Is there anyway I can fix this?

Almost a year old. I got it last year for Christmas.
