Should Romeo be unbanned?

He said it was over, other admins and member are fine with him, only Mr_Cheese is not. So lets be fair?

Otherwise, it's just gonna be one big battle between HBH and DMZ. I honestly would not like to see this. Do the right thing Mr_Cheese, unban Romeo.

1. im taking a break from being admin
2. we ban people who decide to attack the site.. fair?
3. his repeated DDoSing has caused countless problems for HBH, so he is never welcome here.
4. when he is on hbh his posts are pointless, uneducated and majority are in off-topic or filled with spam.
