Thinking someone is toying with me.

Well firstly i couldnt get on to hbh. so i cleared my cache, still no luck so right now im using a proxy but im guessing my parents atm. Any suggestions? im thinking of checking my ISP for this but i doubt ill get any luck. Help would be appreciated. SANTA P.S. Hacker. IS NOT DEAD!

well, to lift the ban, i'd ring the isp and pretend to be your parents.
