Remote Administration - help?

Ok, I'll explain fast and then I'll ask my questions.

I've been looking around on a server and I found a computer without Administrator passworded. I connected to it with computer management, changed the services running, deleted the other accounts, and passworded the Administrator side. Before deletion, I copied the desktop from their account over onto the Admin side. I then remotely changed the registry and made the computer auto logon to the user and changed telnet settings so I could connect in telnet. This computer is an unwatched, windows 2000 sitting in a locked room, which hardly anybody goes in. Now, but I'm looking for is a remote administrator tool that doesn't need to install server side, or one that can install without me needing to be there pressing "ok" - "next". I've been looking around quiet a bit, just having bad luck.

So, if you know of any tools server/client that don't need installation, it would be of great help.

Second part… I believe C++ would be the best for programming such a thing if nobody knows of one, but I'm not 100% sure. So what programming language would some of you say to use?

Thanks!
