Best Isp for hacking?

What is the best internet service provider for hacking?

I dont think it makes a difference … But I prefer Cable (Y) Virgin Media or something, no download caps etc.

DO NOT GET AOL!! They have anti hacking policys and all that crap and all this stuff to block ping attempts and at one point even HBH was blocked. Definatly not a hackers choice for ISP ;)

ye thats why i posted this thread am with aol now and it Doesn't let you do anything remotely related to hacking, so many restrictions :( i need to change to one with no restrictions.

Not that i'd recommend doing it, but someone else's internet is probably best.

Edit: Sky broadband is pretty good for me, no restrictions :happy:
