Factoring A GPA

I have very..very..VERY bad grades this year..XXDD

I have one concern, that's making it into a college for Web Development or Information Systems Security (backup). To get into ITT-Tech (current college I'm looking forward to going to - have a better one ; suggest it ;)) I need to : "Pass an admissions test or have scored, within the immediate preceding five years, a minimum of 17 on the ACT; or 400 on both the verbal and math portions of the SAT or have earned either 36 quarter credit hours (or 24 semester or trimester credit hours) with and overall cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 grading scale from an accredited educational institution.

I have no idea in the world how to factor my GPA, I'd greatly appreciate the current GPA or be told how to factor it myself. :)

11th and 12th grade in the US is where colleges look. They base it on how you start in High school, then finish. Your letter and ACTs/SATs are very useful.
