Binary Saying

Anyone know of the saying "There are only 10 types of people in the world; Those who know binary and those who don't"

Well i have looked through binary decrypters and such and have looked up "10, 1 0" And it comes up with nothing to do with "2, to, two, too" Can someone explain if this saying is actully a complete load of crap or not? Thanks BlackSabbath

binary is made up of 1's and 0's so the saying means you either know it or you dont because 10 is binary
