Hacking songs?
yeah i listen to some static-x if im hacking/learning. its just different from other types of music. If not them then slipknot. but occasionally i like to throw on one of my old Weird Al cd's and play the song hackers.. its hilarious….
"whatcha wanna do , wanna be hackers, code crackers, slackers! "
"Ive got a flat screen monitor 40 inchs wide, i believe yours says etch-a-sketch on the side"
Those are some quotes from this parody rap song about hackers. :)
I don't listen to music its too normal, I get a screw driver and mess up the back of my speakers untill i get a nice flow of white noise going…:p
Think about it, compare the number of "white noise" radio stations to regualar(rock, metal, hip-hop,) snap-crackle-and-pop ones…. some of that unknown shit you can really rock off to. (94FM w00tw00t)
Well, unlike most other people here, I don't listen to some sort of rock/metal/punkrock/whatever-kind of music. I think that music made on something else than a synthesizer or a computer, is crap. I listen to alot of blipp-blopp, or chiptunes, as Americans like to call it, and alot of synthesizer music. And no, I don't mean EBM/darkwave/any-other-sort-of-crap. I mean, mostly new romantic, and early synthpop. Men in suits, declaring their hate of guitars and making extremely good music. Bands like, Japan, Sparks, Ratata, Lustans Lakejer, Propaganda, Bo Hansson, Japanese Telecom, Yellow Magic Orchestra, Kraftwerk, P.A.L., Télépopmusik, Nena, Deutche-Amerikanische-Freundshaft, A-Ha, Soviet, Sturm Café, Cabaret Voltaire, Tredje Mannen, Page, Reporter, Tora Tora, Ryûichi Sakamoto, Ippu-do, Petshop boys, Berlin, Human Leauge, Spandau Ballet, Data, Telex, Mobiles, Adolphson & Falk, Motohiro Kawashima and so on. Some noise too. And some new wave, in general.
I just made a compilation of really fast and heavy songs.
Like:
slipknot-I am Hated/people=shit/pulse of the maggots/etc. Bad Acid Trip- I have no idea what their songs are called.. Arch Enemy-Leader of the Rats Mudvayne-a bunch of songs from their new album Slayer-Again, a bunch of songs off their new album
etc. etc.
wait did i skip a beat? wuts "REAL PUNK?" punk is punk my friend..
anywho….
I listen to techno loops (streamed off of winamp [has some very awsome loops!] ) when doing grey hat, white hat stuff.. to keep the adranelin to a medium.
but when im doing black hat stuff i love the feeling of my heart pounding so to add on to it i listen to more deep rock like: SOAD (System of a down) Linkin Park (some songs) Nervana (some songs) KoRn KillSwitch Engage and some other deep rock bands.
The Prodigy - Speedway The Prodigy - No Good The Prodigy - Voodoo People System Of A Down - BYOB System Of A Down - Toxicity System Of A Down - Chop Suey! Nirvana - Come As You Are Nirvana - Rape Me Nirvana - About A Girl Coolio - Gangsta's Paradise Slipknot - Duality CKY - 96 Quite Bitter Beings CKY - Freestyle Chinese Rap (Funny Song!)
That is just a short playlist.

OK, let me just clear this up (I'm two months late) before you consider me too much of a twat. I realise how much of a wanker I must have sounded, but I do not consider greenday punk. Sure, older stuff was more punk, but now they are far too 'poppy' to be considered punk.
Anyway, if your opinion is different to mine then hey, you're entitled to it.
