After i telnet a site through any port well the once i have tried are 21 and 25 I get to a place where it says

YOU ARE USER NUMBER 4 OF 50 ALLOWED LOCAL TIME IS NOW 19:37 SERVER PORT:21 yOU WILL BE DISCONNECTED AFTER 15 MINUTES OF INACTIVITY

What do i do after that if i want to ftp the site? and when i try to type ftp://ip it tells me 530 YOU AREN'T LOGGEED IN
