Need a Job? HBH Zine has one just for you

HellBound Hackers Magazine is looking to hire a bigger staff. Some will start working right away on the upcoming Issue 3 while others will sit back for a while and start later on Issue 4. So if you can do any of the jobs below please contact me or frozen flame or leave replys below.

Normal jobs: -Writer: just have to write a minimum of 2 or more articles per issue -gfx desinger: we need a team of gfx desingers that can make awesome graphics for boththe issue and the site. a minimum of 4 gfx desingers needed.

Special Jobs: -Artist : to draw a official HBH comic strip -Photographer: takes photos of anything to make issue have a intertwining feeling with the world -Promoter: promote the magazine EVERYWHERE. tell your friends. post on bulletins and blogs.

All positions can also do other jobs such as submitting an article if you have one.

edit ALSO non staff can submit articles to have them published in upcoming issues so that thousands of people can read them.

with a last issue read of 1349 and climbing why wouldnt you want to publish in the zine?

we dont pay since we dont make $$$. if we ever do start making money of course our staff will be paid. but for now staff gets privleages that others dont. wheter it be here on HBH or HBH Zine or any other site that me and frozen flame own.

How long inbetween each issue. And, i don't know about you, but two articles from the same author is kind of monotonous, isn't that why you would want more writers, to flow from one style of thinking/writing to another?

yeah exactly we want more authors so that we can have different views. now there's only 4 issues a year. March, June, Sept, and Dec (1 for each season)

when we say atleast 2 you can write more if you feel like it. we wont use every article written for that issue but we will store it away for later use.

I can do the photography :)

I see, if you want, put me down for a writer, i'll come up with a couple articles, send 'em over to you and we could work out whatever else may be needed from there.

I'll do as much promoting as I can, and theres a possibility I could be getting a camera at christmas, so for future issue's theres a possibility of me doing some photography (thats not a definate tho)

Anyway, I really want to know: whens the next issue due? :P

[edit] :O I left my computer while writing this, and it seems my question was answered! By the way, turbocharged_06, could you make your sig a bit smaller? big sigs are annoying and distort the layout a little (i dont like using the scroll bar at the bottom :D)

well issue 3 (going to be big) is coming out next week or so during the week of dec 2nd - 7th

we still need more articles and a few more gfxs for the pages. if you thought #2 was sick wait till you see this one.

i will make a comic for you if you want. ill send you some of the pics ive made..

sure send the comic in a pm or w/e to me or frozen flame. if youd like to be a full time comic artist it would be great.

I could do something or other if I'm needed. If not, don't worry ab00t it.

articles are unique to whatever you want to write about. we put it in a storage on the site and then we go thru every one to see if its worth putting in or not. hacking related and hacking hobbys. world news and security, anarchy, machine manipulations, really anything you wouldnt oridinarily do.. unless you were a hacker.

also if you want to advertsie in the Zine you can buy advertising.

$4 for bottom of a page and $7 for a full page ad.

many people will see your ad.
