Windows Power Shell

Hey guys have you tried windows power shell ( also known as monad ). It is downloadable from microsoft's website. For me it looks a bit slow, but not bad on functionality. Maybe a lot of you will say that m$ ( microsoft ) made a copy of unix's famous shell's. Anyway for me it seems useful, and one of the best products made from m$. And of course over 2-3 weeks people will discover some security threats, write viruses, worms, blah, blah, but this happens with almost every new piece of software. What is your opinion about that new shell?
