  1. Its impossible to stop open source, A person can give out the code if they want.
  2. How would they be able to eliminate a superior software? The security on linux is 10 times that of M$.
  3. Theres currently thousands, if not MILLIONS of open source software, NOT counting linux distros. They would have to eliminate the GNU licence before they try ridding open source licences. (Once its a valid licence, its very hard to anull it.)
  4. There will always be people using Linux and *nix, M$ cannot prevent it, even if they make it against the law.
  5. All of M$'s attempts to prevent piracy are failed, if they prevent people from being able to use it, people will switch to *nix, MAC, and Linux.
  6. I know this is only because M$ is more widely used, but theres less viruses for Linux and other *nix based software.

I will start posting everywhere the advantages for Linux, I hope everyone helps. The more people that use open source Linux, the less chance Microsoft will have in preventing open source.

Piracy is what others call barbaric, It not only isn't barbaric, its a way to show those overpriced idiots who is boss
