WoW Private Severs Plz read

Okay, my account is being power leveled by a friend, and im bored because thats on the REAL servers.

I want to play on a private server, but they say you have to go to adress's to register accounts on their servers.

for example.

Http://195.225.104.123:8081

Every time i try, (IE AND Firefox) it says connection was refused

Any help on how i can reach these links?

Port 8081 doesn't seem to be acceptable by browsers, at least I think so. But I don't know wow so I can't get you detailed info.
