Best hacking tools

Does anyone have any (working) links to a list of tools that would come in handy for hacking. I know google is praised as the hackers best friend, but sometimes, it doesnt always give the best results. What im talkin about here are tools for encrypting/decrypting, password crackers etc…

or IM MD5Library in AIM. it has 300,000,000 words to MD5 hashes.

best tool a hacker can have is…. your mind.

for web based hacking all you need a good proxy that supports SSL. thats it. So you could download and use TOR.

On the MD5Library comment,i was talking to the guy who made it and so far he has only had 2 donations adding up to $34. This thing cost him $250!!! Im one of the people that have donated. Don't beleive me? Next time your on it type in donations.
