Getting past site blockers...
Well my school just added a new block and apparently if you go to tools>options then go to the security tab and click trusted sites, if you add the site you want as "https://www." then the site name then u can apparently go to it. I havent tried it on the count of me and the kid who did this are the only liable ones in the class of doing something like this. Why internet explorer options are not block is beyond me, but its worth a try.
If the above was confusing, all u do is go into internet explorer options and adding trusted sites, but i heard it only works if you add https://www. before the site name. Play around with it.
lol nice…my school doesn't block hbh…which is weird cuz they block everything else…lmfao they banned my friend from using wikipedia lolz
haha what kind pricks ban you from wikipedia? hbh isnt blocked at my school either… which is weird.. because it was and then they like…unblocked it. lol only two people go to it anyways.
to get around the block i have at school (combination of bess and lightspeed) (proxy) i use real vnc and the java login. for those of you who dont know real vnc is a free remote desktop app. basicaly you just configure your router the correct way and run the program. then from your school you type http://"your ip":5800 theres a login page wnter your pass and you can surf the web from your home computer leaving no actual records on the school computer. i love it
http://wrps.ab.ca here is the web adress for my school…
http://www.pembinatrails.ca/charleswood/ my school's web…doesnt give very much. if you go to the division's site u can prolly get more cuz the entire division runs off the same thing…(VALHALLA if anyone knows anything bout that) so www.pembinatrails.ca is the division's site. hack that if you want, i don't mind;)
yea my school has the same stuff. it block like every non educational website. the system they use fr blocking is cornor post, and wen ever u try to go to the site, it will redirect you to a cornor post page and itll say something like "sorry, this site has been defined as: HACKING(or shopping, online chat, etc), this site has been blocked blah blah blah. Anyone know any tricks to get by it, cause apparently they also found a way to deny access to the C drive in the network, idk how, but u can get to it another way, which is time consuming. The only advantage to the network in my school is that every single computer is connected to one another, so u can use computer management and send messages like "ur comp will blow up in 5 secs" and all the teachers and admins are like "wtf who is this" lol but to make a long story short, anyone have any tips or tricks?
