Problem With My Computer...

When i go to scroll down its sketchy and not smooth like it should be. I've tryed to do Windows automatic update and so far nothing that helps…Can someone please help? Thnx.

more info? what browser are you using? what are you doing to scroll down? mouse wheel?

Sketchy how? The first thing that comes to my mind is memory, or a CSS problem on the site(s) you're browsing. Is the rest of your computer being slow?

The problem is more than likely in your video card driver. Either reload driver or check to see if there is a newer version on the web.

I agree with korg. Try the video drivers first. I you can't find it by the manufacturer than go to driverguide.com and someone has probably uploaded it there…
