mobile phone webcam

i bought a new phone which had built in video camera and i was thinking is it possible to use it as a webcam on my pc. I've been searching on google but havent found anything. So do you guys know anything about this or if it is even possible to do this. I got a LG U8360 if it helps

Bluetooth should have the capablilty. Im not sure how to sire it up exactly, but theres a way.

In U.K, there is a phone network called 3G, they have voice / video conversations on them.

well we have 3G here in australia and my phone is 3G enabled but i just want to know if i can use it as a webcam by connecting it via USB or bluetooth
